Questions
How long does a website take?
5 to 7 working days, counted from the day we have your photos and information.
How fast are changes done?
Within 12 to 24 hours. Send the change on WhatsApp with any photos, and we tell you when it's live.
Do I own my website and domain?
Your domain (for example yourbusiness.co.za) is always registered in your name. Once the build is paid, the website is yours too. If you leave, we transfer the domain and hand over the website files.
What do I need to give you?
Your business details, logo if you have one, 10 to 30 photos, a list of your services or products, and a few rough notes about your business. We write the website text from your notes.
Can you make me a logo?
Yes. We design simple, clean logos: your business name with a matching icon, in your colours, ready for your website, social media and business cards.
Can I show my products and prices?
Yes. We build a product or price list with photos, and each item has a WhatsApp button so customers can order or ask about it straight away. Payment happens between you and your customer.
Can I cancel the care plan?
Yes, with 30 days' notice after the minimum 6 months (12 months on the no-deposit option). We transfer your domain to you and hand over your website files.
Will my business show on Google Maps?
We set up your Google Business Profile with you. Google asks the owner to verify the business with a short video on their phone, and we send you a step-by-step guide for that.
How do I pay?
50% of the build fee to start and 50% before the website goes live. Care plans are paid monthly in advance by debit order or EFT.
